  Never again. Twice in a month’s time my hair was a hack job performed with clippers as hot as the sun. How anyone could turn me lose both times after it was “checked” also confirms there are maybe 2 people that work here who can do anything except a basic boy haircut.
  
  When you chase someone out the door because they don’t have time to wait for 30 mins, telling them it’s 15 mins, ensure it’s 15 mins. I did not have time for wait a half hour for a hair cut that took 35 mins. I would have been more than happy to come back later. Instead I missed an important appointment.
